The BEST everything brekkie and green smoothie I had. Cafe is tucked away nicely and has such a cosy warm and welcoming atmosphere. Will defo come again when in Brighton again. Simply yummy!!!
Think it's safe to say this is best place for a breakfast. Loved it so much we went back the next day. Everything from the friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and the absolutely incredible food. I had the ham hock hash with was to die for! Tried abit of everyone else's as well and was all fabulous. Well done!
We stumbled across this lovely, friendly and warm cafe. My partner and I live in Brighton, but haven't ventured into Kemptown area for a good while. We walked from Preston Park on a cold and cloudy day. What a delight this cafe is! We both opted for the full English breakfast, with the delicious crispy hash brown potato and two rounds of English Breakfast Tea. Very friendly serving team. Will be coming back to try out the rest of the menu. Highly recommend!
Brilliant little spot in the heart of Kemptown. Brilliant service, great food. One of our eggs were a little overcooked but the staff noticed (without us saying!) and brought out four new deliciously runny eggs! Highly recommended.
Hands down, the BEST breakfast I have ever had outside my own home! I have high standards and the special vegetarian breakfast beat them (I'm not vegetarian but it sounded lovely & was). It was a big bowl of utter delight - perfect poached organic eggs, grilled halloumi field mushroom, herby greens, slow-roasted tomato, avocado, amazing hashbrown & lovely sourdough from a local bakery. I was too busy enjoying it to take photos. Great coffee and service, too. Very pleased we stumbled across the Egg & Spoon during a short break in Brighton. We will definitely eat here again when we next visit the area. They also had fabulous cakes & scones!

Fantastic full English. Cooked perfectly tho the bacon was a little tough. Service was quirky but entertaining. Loved it.
